EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Access to FAO

Only “Registered persons” will be allowed to enter the FAO Headquarters and the conference building/session.
Access to FAO Headquarters is restricted to persons in possession of a valid building pass. A valid photo identity document and one photo will be required to collect the pass. Documents must be attached when registering.

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers must be paid by the sender
Please note that to complete the scientific program in due time, only the abstracts from completed registrations and payment will be included in the program.

CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Congress Secretariat will send a confirmation via email to the participant and the invoice.
If you need the invoice to you University/Company/Institution/other, please fill in the correct box on the registration form. It will be not possible to change the issued invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION
All cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Secretariat secretariat@eurogard10.org

All refunds will be processed after the EUROGARD 10, 2025.  Please send your exact bank account details in a written cancellation. Refund of the registration fee will be applied as follows

• 100% refund (minus 80 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before June 30, 2025
• No refund in case of cancellation received after June 30, 2025

PARTICIPATION AND ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

All the presenters of an oral or poster communication, will receive a “Participation Certificate”.

All participants attending the Congress will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. No attendance certificate will be given to “registered accompanying person”.
